Platform Rights & Responsibilities
Shopshmart.com reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or remove any Vendor or User account for breach of these Terms or illegal activity.
Shopshmart.com does not guarantee product quality, delivery timeframe, or vendor services—these are solely the vendor’s responsibility.
We may update these Terms at any time; continued use of the platform confirms acceptance of revised Terms.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property provided by Vendors must be owned by them or licensed appropriately.
Users may not use content or trademarks from Shopshmart.com without permission.
Limitation of Liability
Shopshmart.com is not liable for damages arising from interactions, transactions, disputes, or issues between Vendors and Customers.
Our maximum liability will not exceed the fees paid for the product in question.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Surat, Gujarat courts.
