Customers may request returns within 7 days of delivery.

Returns are accepted only if:

• Product is unused.
• Original packaging is intact.
• Tags and labels are attached.
• Invoice is available.

Returns are not accepted for:

• Used products
• Damaged by customer
• Customized products
• Personal care items (if applicable)
• Products marked "Non-returnable"
